Before he won an Oscar this year for “The Artist,” costume designer Mark Bridges already had plenty of experience with period clothing. For Paul Thomas Anderson’s “There Will Be Blood,” his research included compiling vintage American ads and fashions from the early 20th century. From the Mark Bridges Collection.
